Toward year-end, we launched our annual customer survey to collect timely feedback on our services, product offering, and overall customer experience. The purpose was to better understand evolving customer needs and to support the development of our business in a digital society where reliable data transmission plays a crucial role.

Customers praised Orbis’ knowledgeable sales team and technical support, and the overall service experience was considered flexible and efficient. The order–delivery process was also viewed as reliable: deliveries arrived as agreed, and any changes were communicated clearly and in a timely manner.

Many respondents praised our Worbis webshop for its ease of use and fast pickup service, while also highlighting the continuing importance of personal support alongside digital channels. These insights help guide the further development of our processes and services—both online and face-to-face.
